The Foundation was established in 2016 to help children of Odesa with congenital heart defects.

Every year 3-5% of newborns in Ukraine are found to be suffering from this pathology (congenital heart defect). Since 2016 Charitable Foundation “New World Odesa” has being helping Odesa families with overcoming this disease and to Odesa doctors with saving sick children’s life.

For providing really effective help in this direction The Foundation cooperates with Department of cardiovascular surgery Odesa regional children Hospital: purchasing and repairing of medical equipment, purchasing of medical furniture, purchasing of consumables, medical tools, medications etc

Since February 2022 the Foundation started work in one more direction, which is very critical, so as for the whole country – support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The war in Ukraine is going on since 2014, and from the moment of full-scale invasion all over Ukrainian territory, all aware Ukrainians united in their help to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Foundation considers this direction as one of the priorities for it’s activity. We find direct contacts to the military units, who fight at the Southern front, receiving requirements from them and trying to collect funds, purchase and hand over items to the front-line.

To help our defenders in combat missions performing at Southern front line, we try to make their everyday life easier by purchasing and handing over to them things of basic necessities: first aid kits, uniform, bulletproof vests, cars, sleeping bags, caremats etc.

Our mission:
- help to the children with congenital heart defects, who live at Southern regions of Ukraine.
- support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who defend independence, sovereignty and territorial unity of Ukraine.

Main tasks of the Foundation:
Bringing attention to the problem of children’s health, support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of collecting funds for implementation of projects according to the Foundation goals.

Our goals:- purchasing and repairing of medical equipment, purchasing of medical furniture, purchasing of consumables, medical tools, medications;- providing medicines to children;- provision Armed Forces of Ukraine with transport, technical support, tactical outfit;- purchasing of uniform and household items;- providing means of tactical medicine, first aid kits and instruments to the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Over the years of its activity, the Foundation has helped more than 3 394 young patients, and in six months it handed over 3 cars, a generator, autumn clothing sets, according to the application, completed first-aid kits, according to the application, etc., to the military units in the Izyum and Mykolaiv areas.
